Annual General Meeting - IMHA - Wednesday, May 22
In accordance with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, the Innisfil Minor Hockey Association (IMHA) hereby invites all eligible members to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Date: Wednesday, May 22, 2024

Time: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Registration opens at 6:30 pm)

Location: Stroud Arena (Upstairs), 7883 Yonge St, Innisfil, ON L9S 1K8

Agenda:

1. Introductions and Updates from current Executive
2. Approval of the 2023 AGM Minutes (CLICK HERE TO REVIEW THE 2023 AGM MINUTES)
3. President's Report
4. Financial Update 2023-24
5. IMHA Bylaw Amendments/Proposals
6. Election of the Board Positions:

  • VP
  • Secretary
  • Director of Communications
  • Director of U9 and below
  • Head Trainer
  • Director of Local League
  • Director of Equipment and Apparel

7. South Simcoe Minor Hockey Report
8. New Business
9. Adjournment

Participation:

All questions regarding AGMs of the Association can be directed to the Secretary at [email protected].

Requests for changes to the IMHA By-Laws must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the AGM. Use the form available at IMHA AGM Motion Form.

All parents/legal guardians of registered players under the age of eighteen (18) in good standing, are eligible to attend and will have one vote per family.

If you wish to pre-nominate someone or run for a board position and cannot attend the AGM, please contact the Secretary at the email provided above.
